Our organisational structure is designed to position us for a world where the mobile device, simplicity, advancement, affordability, flexibility and availability are fusing together.

Our Product Development unit is responsible for developing and managing our portfolio of mobile devices, which we produce and distribute to a global market.

Services, designs and enhances products with key focus on emerging areas as we continue to expand our services offering to consumers and create opportunities for component manufacturers.

Solutions, is responsible for the conception and creation of mobile products solutions, and driving Verixas's offering of solutions into an integrated, unique and compelling package for the consumer.

Markets, manages our procurement and distribution chains, sales activities in channels, brand management and marketing activities and is also responsible for delivering our mobile technology, services and solutions to the consumer.

Corporate Development is responsible for exploring corporate strategic and future growth opportunities and provides operational support to Devices, Services, Solutions and Market.
